3. Mailbox Setup & Administration

Password Security & Reset
Customers should not submit passwords through this form or through WhatsApp. Initial login credentials will be provided when a mailbox is created. Password resets can only be performed by an authorised email administrator.

Email Domain Registration and Email Domain Renewal are billed separately according to the selected domain extension (e.g. .com, .info, .net, .org, etc.).
Email domain setup and configuration are FREE
with an active Email Hosting subscription.
PAYMENT & ACTIVATION
Your order summary will show the applicable Email Hosting Subscription, Email Domain Registration and Total Amount Due.
Service setup and activation are typically completed
within 24 hours after payment confirmation
