An Email Hosting order is subject to review, payment confirmation, applicable domain requirements, KYC verification and successful provisioning.
Completion and successful verification of Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements is a condition of provisioning and activation of Email Hosting.
DigitalMediaPlus may request identification, business registration information, supporting documents, clarification or replacement documents reasonably necessary to complete verification.
Payment does not waive or bypass KYC. Where KYC has not been successfully verified, provisioning and activation will remain on hold.
The customer is responsible for providing the information and documents reasonably required for verification. If the customer fails, refuses, or elects not to complete KYC, DigitalMediaPlus may keep the order on hold, restrict service delivery or cancel the order where appropriate.
A customer's change of mind, refusal to provide required KYC information, failure to complete KYC, or decision not to proceed after payment does not automatically entitle the customer to a refund.
Setup charges, administrative costs, domain-related charges, third-party charges and other amounts already committed or incurred in processing an order may be non-refundable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or limits any refund, remedy or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Nigerian law.
Provisioning will only begin after required payment and KYC verification have been completed and the order is otherwise ready for service delivery.
By submitting an Email Hosting order, the customer confirms acceptance of these Terms and agrees to complete applicable verification requirements.
